TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of the healthcare technology services and digital solutions provided by Rxweb Healthcare Technology Limited. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms below.

1. PROVISION OF SERVICES

Rxweb Healthcare Technology Limited provides healthcare technology services, including software development, digital platform implementation, systems integration, and ongoing support, as defined in each Statement of Work (SOW).

2. PROJECT TIMELINES

We aim to meet agreed project timelines; however, dates are estimates and may change due to third-party platform changes, delayed approvals, incomplete client inputs, or approved scope adjustments.

3. FEES AND PAYMENTS

Clients agree to pay all fees as specified in project proposals, contracts, or invoices. Recurring service fees are due according to the agreed billing schedule. Third-party software, hosting, and platform costs remain the client's responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To support successful service delivery, clients provide timely access to required systems, credentials, documentation, and decision-makers. Delays in required access or feedback may affect delivery timelines.

5. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the governing agreement, typically with written notice. On termination, deliverables and access transitions are handled based on the active contract terms and completion of outstanding payment obligations.
